What’s For Lunch is a children’s book that aims to connect people through their distinctive identities, one meal at a time. This book features cuisines from Vietnam, Iran, Nigeria, and Mexico as it aims to highlight different people, different practices, and different backgrounds in hopes of teaching empathy, friendship, and love. What’s For Lunch allows its readers to be exposed to different words, colors, and processes to further expand their knowledge of vocabulary, color recognition, and cultural backgrounds.
